A way to improve musicality, refine style and gain fluidity.
During these 2 hours, we will guide you to develop your ease on different movements and body parts. The choreography will allow you to step out of your comfort zone while having fun!
9 p.m. - 10 p.m.: Leaders & Followers "Hip Hop inspiration" workshop.
This workshop invites you to explore the world of Hip Hop to enrich your dance: work on groove, attitude and isolations, all applied to your WCS.
10 p.m. to 2 a.m.: 100% west coast swing evening open to outsiders, with SHOW of the ladies.

1.30 p.m. - 3 p.m.: "Connection & Balance"
Through exercises and variations, explore how to manage your body weight, engage your center and fluidify your movements. With the aim of gaining greater control over our dance, we'll work more closely on stability and connection with the floor, to make it more comfortable with a partner.
3.15 p.m. - 4.45 p.m.: "Attitude & Stage Projection"
Learn to embellish your dance with natural, elegant movements through posture and attitude work. Work on projecting yourself to captivate your partner and the audience.
5 p.m. - 6 p.m.: Yoga
For a gentle end to the day, this yoga session will help you release tension, stretch your body and calm your mind.
